Fancy a getaway in the seaside resort nicknamed "The Queen of Iodine"? You will love this charming semi-detached fisherman's house, entirely renovated, with a small sea view, located only 2 minutes walk from the beach of Saint-Aubin-sur-mer! You will be seduced by its decoration, its terrace and its small passage giving a direct access to the beach.
With a surface area of 34 m², the house is composed as follows: living room with sofa bed, fully equipped kitchenette open to the living room, 2 bedrooms, bathroom with shower and toilet and a terrace. Wifi available. Sheets and towels in supplement.
The atypical house is arranged on three levels, with stairs that do not allow accessibility to very young children or people with reduced mobility.
On the first floor:
- Living room opening onto the terrace with double sofa bed, coffee table, flat screen TV.
- Fully equipped kitchen open to the living room with: dining table and chairs, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, dishes and cutlery.
On the 1st floor:
- Bedroom 1: double bed 140 cm x 190 cm
- Bathroom with shower and WC.
On the 2nd floor :
- Bedroom 2: double bed 140 cm x 190 cm and storage space. Office space and sea view.

Thanks to its ideal location at only 100 m from the beach, you will have the opportunity to appreciate the iodized life and to discover the beautiful landscapes of the region including the beach of Saint-Aubin-sur-Mer for a moment of relaxation or to enjoy the water sports offered by the sailing club of the city. Among these beaches you will find Juno beach (Canadian landing) at Courseulles-sur-Mer. If you want to learn more, you can go on an excursion to visit all the Normandy sites of the Second World War. At the end of the day, enjoy yourself at the casino before leaving the next morning for a visit of Caen: William the Conqueror's castle, contemporary art museums, discovery of the 100 bell towers of the city...
