About this house rental
This small house located 50 meters from the sea, consists of a ground floor with an entrance and closet, a double bedroom, a living dining room with American kitchen, and a small bathroom with shower and WC.
Upstairs a double bedroom, south orientation, and a children's room with bunk beds, and a bathroom with bathtub and WC.
At the back it overlooks a small courtyard adjoining other houses, on the south side it overlooks a garden (that of the owner) the environment is very quiet.
It is located near the village shops, pharmacy, bakery, supermarket, florist, butcher, fruit and vegetable shop (grocery store, vegetables, hairdressers, tobacco, antique shops. Casino with nigth club and cinema are 2 minutes away, as well as tennis courts like the basketball court, the sailing club or the horse club.
The restaurants are also 2 minutes from the house and along this beautiful promenade along the sea, without the annoyance of cars.
The parking lots are very close and not chargeable;
