Tucked away on Clarendon Road, The Annexe is a beautifully presented one-bedroom retreat. With its own private entrance, wonderfully high ceilings and everything arranged across the ground floor, it’s a lovely place to settle in and unwind.
Best of all, Westbourne’s independent boutiques, coffee shops and restaurants are just around the corner, with Bournemouth’s beautiful beaches and coastline within easy reach.
This self-contained one-bedroom residence adjoins Clarendon House and has been thoughtfully designed to provide a comfortable and welcoming home away from home.
Step inside and you’ll find wonderfully high ceilings throughout, giving the space a lovely light and airy feel.
The bedroom is calm and inviting, with a super king-size bed to sink into at the end of the day. Large windows bring in plenty of natural light, while hanging space means you can unpack and make yourself at home.
The open-plan kitchen and living area is at the heart of the property, with comfortable sofas for slow mornings and relaxed evenings, a Smart TV and a dining area for two.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need during your stay, whether you’re making a quick breakfast before heading out or enjoying dinner at home. You’ll find an oven, electric hob, air fryer, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, as well as a washing machine.
The modern bathroom has a bath with overhead waterfall shower, as well as a handheld shower attachment, wash basin, toilet, mirror and heated towel rail. Fresh bed linen and fluffy bathroom towels will be waiting for you on arrival.
One of the things we love most is the location. The heart of Westbourne is just around the corner, home to a brilliant collection of independent boutiques, coffee shops, bakeries, bars and restaurants. Bournemouth’s beaches and coastline are also within easy reach, making this a lovely base for exploring this special part of the coast.
The Annexe is completely self-contained and yours to enjoy throughout your stay, with its own private entrance.
All accommodation is arranged across the ground floor.
There are two parking spaces available for guests at the property.
Laila & Stephanie are available throughout your stay should you need anything. With over 25 years of local expertise and strong connections within the community, we`re always happy to recommend restaurants, beaches, boat hire, family activities or help arrange something special during your stay.
Duvets, bed linen and bathroom towels are provided for your stay. Beach towels are not included, so please bring your own if you’re planning a day by the sea.
Pets are very welcome in line with our house rules.
The property is in a residential setting and we’re lucky to have lovely neighbours, so we kindly ask guests to be considerate and keep noise to a minimum between 11pm and 8am.
Smoking is not permitted anywhere within the property or its grounds.
The minimum age for the lead guest is 25. Bookings made where the lead guest does not meet the minimum age requirement will be cancelled.
