Outside, the private pool takes centre stage, complete with a beautiful waterfall feature. The lush garden, outdoor dining area, Weber BBQ, and outdoor fireplace create plenty of space for long lunches, relaxed afternoons, and evenings spent together.

Winter is all about slowing down. After exploring Terrigal or enjoying a meal nearby, come home to the cosy fireplace lounge and outdoor fireplace for a warm and comfortable evening in.
Whatever the season, Aura offers a relaxed, comfortable, and family-friendly home where guests can enjoy the pool, garden, beautiful outdoor spaces, and all the little touches that make it feel like home.

Terrigal is a vibrant coastal suburb on the Central Coast of New South Wales, renowned for its
long sandy beach, iconic Ski lion headland, and lively seaside village atmosphere. It’s popular
destination for swimming, surfing, dining, and shopping, with a mix of cafés, restaurants,
boutique shops, and markets catering to both locals and visitors.
The suburb combines a relaxed beach lifestyle with convenience, offering parks, a surf
life-saving club, and easy access to nearby suburbs like Wamberal, Avoca Beach, and Erina. Its
mix of modern apartments, beachside homes, and holiday rentals makes it attractive to
families, professionals, and holidaymakers alike.

Coast Hosting is a professional hosting company and will ask you to provide a digital copy of your ID prior to arrival. These details are required via a secure, online Guest Check in Form and the details are stored safely.
We also require a refundable security bond of $1,000, which will be held for the duration of your stay to cover any potential damages. This will be released within 7 days after your departure, provided there are no issues.
You will also be asked to provide your card details via the same secure online check-in form. These details are encrypted and securely processed through the Stripe payment gateway.
We are governed by and fully comply with strict privacy laws, and your card details will not be shared with any third party or retained beyond what is necessary to securely process the required payment or authorization.
Third-party bookings are generally not permitted. The person making the reservation must be one of the guests staying at the property and must be present for the duration of the booking.
The booking guest is responsible for providing accurate guest details, completing all required verification, agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, and accepting responsibility for the conduct of all guests during the stay.
Exceptions may be considered for legitimate third-party bookings made by recognized insurance companies, corporate organizations, relocation providers, or similar authorized entities. Supporting documentation or additional verification may be required.
