About this house rental
Pacific Views Beach Home Terrigal. Original style very large comfortable family 5 bedroom home with 4.5 bathrooms home great for families and large groups of friends.
All beds are kings that can split into singles if required.
Large decks overlooking the ocean.
As we have older neighbors please no noisy groups.

'Beautiful place in a great location.The property was perfect for our weekend, it was clean and had all the facilities required. Great deck leading off the main living area for a quiet bbq and drinks. Large Kitchen area and Dining table which was great as we had a large group.It is located close to Terrigal cafes and night spots.The place was clean and well maintained. Overall an amazing place for a weekend away'- Henry
Pacific Views is located in a quiet residential area in close proximity to families and older neighbours. To ensure our neighbours enjoy their weekends as much as you do, we are best suited to family retreats and quieter get togethers. Please note we are not well suited for bucks parties, Groups wanting to party or schoolies weeks in Novemeber. Please dont book this house for soneone else. Or on behalf of someone else if its a boys group.

The House
Offering 5 bedrooms on 3 levels the house is large enough to all enjoy staying together whilst still having your own space.
The top floor features 2 large bedrooms both with king beds 1also has a sofa bed an amazing views. This floor also has a bathroom. And a large deck with the views of Terrigal.
The middle level has 1 King bedroom. Kitchen, dining main living area and large out door entertainment area with bbq, great views and out door furniture. Full bathroom and also separate toilet on this level.
The lower level has 2 bedrooms both with King beds. One bedroom have its own ensuite. Plus one bathroom with laundry A large living area (great for the kids) . The larger bathroom has laundry facilities. It also has a deck with ocean views.
Parking.
There is parking for at least 4 cars.
Beds come made as kings .
Linen supplied.

It was a great stay We all enjoyed the house. The outdoor balcony was great for eating together and we liked the fact that there were so many bathrooms. Hard to find this in many houses.

House was clean and plenty of room. Older than the pictures indicate but that was ok. Great location but with children had to drive to beach as the steep return to the house was impossible for children to navigate. Once again this did not pose a problem but was unexpected. Owner was very helpful. For the price the accomodation was good value for money.

Good property with nice views of terrigal , suited more for Adults , great location short walk to beach, shops & restaurants Host was good with communication Would definitely recommend for holiday stay

This house is large with good views of the beach and good for a weekend . It was clean but feels very tired. There were lots of cobwebs over the windows, the cupboards had lots of left over odds and ends, empty bottles and basically needs a good cleaning out. The oven is pretty dirty too. Some of the chairs on the upstairs verandah are broken .The bathrooms are recently renovated and nice. Overall though a nice place for a short stay.
