Great location, clean and well-equipped. Particularly liked the separate living space downstairs which meant the kids had their own space to muck about - this worked really well.

Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the property was disappointing. Definitely not the standard expected for the cost to stay at this property. There were cockroaches in wardrobe and on mats. There was a urine stained quilt in the master wardrobe. Carpet in wardrobes was not vacuumed. Windows and sliding door frames were difficult to open and close as the tracks needed cleaning. Build up of dust and mess under living room furniture.The photos of the property online are not a true reflection of the cleanliness. I understand wear and tear but this property needs a thorough clean. The only positive aspect of this property was the location to the centre of Terrigal.
