There are also two bedrooms, (1 queen and 1 king single) and a full bathroom with separate toilet. The ground floor consists of the master bedroom with queen bed, walk-in-robe and ensuite bathroom as well as fourth bedroom with king single bed. An additional reading area leads down to the sunken living room (including queen sofa bed), which opens out to the backyard entertaining area, complete with fire pit and pool and spa.

The property is well-appointed for a family to feel at home with some seclusion and a few modern comforts.The pool is lovely with a lush garden and birdlife all around. A modest 15min walk to the beach, and a short drive to cafes etc. - the location is really nice.
