Welcome to L'ESCALE, a large brick farmhouse of 150m², typical of the North of France, completely renovated in September 2026 and furnished with great care.
Located in the heart of the Pévèle countryside, at the gates of the European Metropolis of Lille, the house enjoys a quiet and peaceful environment, while remaining close to Lille, Lille/Lesquin airport and the Golf de Mérignies. An ideal location to discover the region, spend a few days with your family or simply enjoy a quiet stay.

On the first floor, you will find a first themed bedroom (savannah) with a 160×200cm double bed, a separate toilet, a laundry room with washing machine and a beautiful living room. The living room has a large corner sofa, a television, a 5G box and a pellet stove to enjoy a warm 🔥 atmosphere
In the extension of the living room, the dining room opens directly onto the kitchen, fully equipped: Nespresso Vertuo, kettle, oven, dishwasher, hob and complete crockery for 7 people.

Upstairs, three other themed bedrooms, each with its own universe: a bedroom with a single bed 90×200cm, a bedroom with a double bed 160×200cm and a large master bedroom with a double bed 160×200cm, freestanding bath, large shower, toilet and double sink unit.
A mezzanine with sofa bed and a second bathroom with shower, toilet and vanity unit complete the floor.

Outside, You can enjoy an enclosed garden with lawn and a terrace with bluestone cobblestones. A dining area with table and armchairs for 4 people is also at your disposal to enjoy the sunny days ☀️
