About this house rental
Large, fully equipped 3 level vacation home, including a huge rooftop terrace with panoramic views of the lake, Mayan Face and Volcán San Pedro. Centrally located within walking distance to all of the bars and restaurants, but tucked away in a quieter residential area - just a 3 minute walk down to the lake. Trendy home includes a fully stocked kitchen with gas stove, dining area and comfortable beds and furniture for lounging. Includes a lush, private garden.
The space
Very spacious home with comfortable beds, linens, pillows and ample clothing storage in the bedrooms. Fully stocked kitchen includes a full refrigerator and gas stove. Private rooftop terrace with a bar, dining table, hammock and string lights. Lush private garden with patio area out the main level kitchen/dining area.
Guest access
Guests have full and private access to the entire house, rooftop terrace and patio/garden.
Other things to note
A Note About Power Outages:
San Pedro and the lake area have occasional power outages, which are a normal part of life here. While they’re usually resolved quickly, they can happen from time to time.
To help make this more comfortable, we provide candles and share a list of our favorite nearby cafés and spots with generators where you can charge devices or work if needed.

A Note About Hot Water:
Like many homes around the lake, our shower is heated by an electric shower head. This means that during a power outage, hot water will also be temporarily unavailable until electricity is restored.
