Located above the quaint village of Brione Sopra Minusio, this enchanting property overlooks Lake Maggiore, offering a truly special panoramic view.
How to get there:
The property is easily accessible by car from Minusio or Locarno.
After parking in the private and reserved outdoor area, simply walk along a charming and well-marked forest path for about 8 minutes (500 meters) to immerse yourself in the absolute tranquility of the rustico.
The interiors:
The house is spread over two levels, connected by an internal staircase:
Upstairs (sleeping area), the main entrance leads to a corridor that serves the two bedrooms. The master bedroom features a double bed (two twin beds joined together), a wardrobe, and a balcony with a fantastic lake view. The second bedroom features a single bed and a wardrobe.
Lower Floor (Living Area):
You\'ll find a welcoming dining room, the true heart of the house, furnished with a table and chairs decorated in traditional Ticino style. From here, you\'ll access the fully equipped kitchen, the windowed bathroom with a tub/shower combination, and a comfortable TV room with a three-seater sofa.
Outdoor Spaces and Relaxation:
The dining room opens directly to the lake. Outside, you\'ll find: A shaded patio with a table, ideal for al fresco breakfasts and lunches. A relaxation area with an oak barrel and stools, perfect for sipping a glass of wine while admiring the view. A charming private lawn surrounded by woods, equipped with a panoramic swing, a unique ski lift cabin, and a hot tub for cooling off on hot summer days.
