The bedrooms and bathroom are accessible from the back of the house. The bathroom is equipped with high quality and electrically heated. In each bedroom there is a double bed (200 x 180 cm) with two mattresses (200 x 90 cm each, two blankets each with a standard size of 200 x 135 cm). Above the garage there is another terrace where you can admire the panorama in the evening for a long time in the sunshine. The spacious garden is maintained regularly, so that you are surrounded from March by colorful flowers. Behind the house you can retire on a large lawn. In just a few minutes you are in the center of Brione with shops and nice restaurants. It takes about 10 minutes by car or 30 minutes to walk to Locarno. The nearest bus stop is about 200 meters from the house. The picturesque valleys of Ticino can be reached quickly by car. There are countless hiking trails in the immediate vicinity. In spring you can enjoy the camellia and magnolia bloom at a time when it is still gray and cold in the north.
