About this cottage rental
Garden level: entrance with laundry room, WC, and a bedroom with a king-size bed (180x200cm), private terrace, and shower room.
Access via an external or internal staircase to the living room on the first floor, which includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and lounge.
Second floor: one bedroom with a king-size bed (180x200cm) and two bedrooms, each with two single beds (90x200cm), WC, and a shower room with a large shower. Each bedroom has a television.
Fiber optic internet with a set-top box.
For babies: travel cot, baby bath, high chair, potty, toilet seat adapter, bath seat.
Enclosed 500m² grounds with a garden area, courtyard, and a 40m² covered terrace with a 5-person hot tub open from April 1st to November 2nd. Private 8x4m swimming pool, 1.40m deep, open from May 15th to September 30th, protected by a roller shutter. Fire pit, ping-pong table, 6 bicycles (2 electric), parking, reinforced charging point for electric vehicles included in the price.
Regular cleaning available during your stay. A €50 security deposit is required. Catering available upon request. The rental is located in a converted 16th-century stone house, typical of the region with its original exterior stone staircase. Upstairs, from the spacious living room, you can enjoy unobstructed views of the countryside. The secluded courtyard and covered terrace offer perfect spots for relaxing by the pool or in the spa.
The price includes: Rental, bed linens, towels and kitchen linens, electricity, and heating.
The price does not include: End-of-stay cleaning.
