Cognac is the place from where the spirituous beverage is originated and is today the symbol of the bon vivant. Visit once the distillery of Cognac, Pineau de Charente or the local vintner.

The large window panel provides the accommodation with a nice spacious feeling. It gives you access to the terraces and the south oriented garden. On both terraces (above and below) and around the swimming pool there are contemporary design garden furniture at your disposal. There, you can enjoy in all serenity and have a nice conversation in the evening around the barbeque.
The accommodation also disposes of a large living room with an open fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen and 6 bedrooms of which 3 of them have a direct access to the bathroom. The children’s room contains a bunk bed, a one person’s bed and a cot. Bedding 12 €/pers incl. The swimming pool is closed from november till Easter.
For the little ones we can inform you that all the stairs have been provided with safeguards. A high-chair, a go-cart, some steps and games are also present in the place.
Bakery and butcher on 800 m. Large shops such as Auchan at 4 km.
The closest high-speed train connection is Angoulème, with a connection to Cognac (40 min).
By car the accommodation is accessible by the A10.
