About this house rental
Cocoonr agency offers this charming 340 m² house with swimming pool, which sleeps up to 15 people, to rent in Paizay-le-Tort, Melle.
It comprises a lovely 60 m² living room (with wood-burning stove), a fully-equipped kitchen, five beautiful bedrooms, three bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden of around 8,000 m². Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- A large 60 m² living room with wood-burning stove, dining area (with a table seating 16) and a sitting room, overlooking the river, equipped with a grand piano.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
- A comfortable library with sofas, armchairs and a fireplace (first flambé free of charge).
- Bedroom 1: with a queen-size bed (160×200) and direct access to the garden. A shower room (with shower and WC) is next to the bedroom.
1st floor:
- A spacious landing with TV lounge
- Bedroom 2: with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3: with two single beds
- Bedroom 4: with a double bed (140x190) and a single bed
All 3 bedrooms have a view of the garden, river and swimming pool, and are south-facing.
- A bathroom (with shower, bath and WC)
- A large relaxation area with lots of board games, a large table to play with friends and two double sofa beds, as well as a shower area with WC
On the second floor:
- Bedroom 5: under the roof with a king-size bed (180×200) and en-suite bathroom (with bath and WC)
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A swimming pool (private, heated) measuring 10x5m and 1m40 deep, open from May to September, equipped with a bubble cover and an alarm system.
- A beautiful 8,000 m² garden. The wooded grounds, with a river running through them, include a pond and offer a soothing, intimate atmosphere.
- Three terraces: one in front of the house with a large wooden table, one under a wrought-iron pergola in the grounds near the barn and one around the swimming pool with garden furniture.
The house is ideally located in the commune of Melle at Paizay-le-Tort, in very pleasant surroundings. All the essential shops are close by, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, etc.

- Nearest airport: Poitiers-Biard, approximately 60 km away
To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this property is managed in partnership by the teams at Cocoonr (listing and booking management service) and Conciergerie Sissi (concierge and housekeeping service).
