THE LAKE

Step outside and enjoy direct access to Seneca Lake with a private beach area, waterfront seating, and private dock. Bring your coffee down in the morning, spend the day swimming and enjoying the water, or settle in for a beautiful Finger Lakes sunset.

Please note: The dock is for day use and lake access only. **Boats are not permitted to be tied, moored, or left at the dock at any time, including overnight.**

After a day on the lake or exploring wine country, relax in the outdoor hot tub. Please note that the hot tub is not available for use by children.

MAIN HOUSE

The main house features an open layout with vaulted ceilings, comfortable gathering spaces, Smart TVs, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Sleeping accommodations include:

• 2nd Floor Bedroom 2 — Queen bed

• Shared full bathroom on 2nd floor

The kitchen includes granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, double ovens, a four-person breakfast bar, refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, ice maker, drip coffee maker and Keurig, plus cookware, dishes, flatware, and other cooking essentials.

The separate garage loft apartment provides additional space and privacy and includes:
