Set inside a historic beach bungalow, this one-bedroom apartment blends vintage charm with playful coastal style — think tomato-red and seafoam appliances, tangerine and cobalt accents, and a shaded screened patio made for slow afternoons in the hammock.
Just beyond your private patio, a shared outdoor oasis awaits, complete with a glowing pergola, fire pit, Adirondack chairs, and hot tub. And with the beach just minutes away, Viv makes it easy to spend your days exploring and your evenings unwinding.
THE SPACE
Viv is ground level with a 1 step entry, making arrival and getting around wonderfully easy. The interior has a cozy setup designed for relaxed mornings, easy meals, and conversation.
Your private screened patio is one of the home's favorite spots. Settle into the hammock with a book, gather around the outdoor seating, or fire up the propane grill — fuel is provided.
Beyond the screened patio, the shared paver courtyard becomes especially inviting after sunset. Relax beneath the illuminated pergola, gather around the fire pit, or soak in the hot tub beneath the evening sky.

The bedroom is designed to be both comfortable and flexible:
King bed with ceiling fan and Smart TV
Full-size futon in living room, ideal for a third guest
Full bathroom with walk-in tiled shower
Please note: there is no bathtub.

The retro kitchen brings plenty of personality while providing the essentials for a comfortable stay.
You'll find a refrigerator with freezer, cooktop, microwave, toaster, kettle, drip coffee maker, cookware, baking sheet, dishes, wine glasses, and more.
Please note: the vintage oven is decorative only and must not be used. There is also no dishwasher.

Your screened patio is private to Viv, while the courtyard and certain amenities are shared with the upstairs apartment, June.

The upstairs apartment is a separate rental, you may encounter other guests on the property during your stay. Rental of both apartments together are available upon request.

You'll be perfectly positioned to enjoy both sides of the coast, with the Atlantic Ocean to the east and the Intracoastal Waterway to the west.
Publix is just across the street, a two-minute walk or drive away, along with a plaza offering water-sports rentals and gear. Cross the Vilano Bridge in about four minutes to reach Camachee Cove, where you can arrange boat rentals and deep-sea fishing charters, then settle in for dinner at Kingfish Grill.
And when you're ready for history, shopping, galleries, and St. Augustine's iconic downtown, you're only about five minutes away by car.
A FEW THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING
This rental includes the lower level only
The hot tub, laundry shed, pergola courtyard, and other designated exterior areas are shared with the upstairs unit
The screened patio and apartment interior are private to Viv
Viv is dog friendly, limit of one dog (2 two small dogs will be considered) with prior approval and a $100 fee per dog; size and quantity restrictions apply. Upstairs unit may have a dog during your stay.

No parties or events

Check-out: 10:00 AM
The primary renter must be 25 or older. The person booking the property is required to sign the rental agreement, provide photo ID, and authorize a $200 refundable security deposit hold.
One parking space is provided per unit.
