Just steps from the beach and 5 minutes to historic downtown St. Augustine, enjoy ocean breezes, stunning sunrises, and all the local restaurants, shopping, and sightseeing. Located directly oceanfront in the heart of Vilano Beach!
Guests will have access to the south side of the downstairs of the home. Each unit has it's own separate deck space but the boardwalk to the beach is shared by all units.
The parking area is shared by all units. Unit B is allowed two vehicles max.
Please note: The home is split into three separate units.
This listing is for Unit B (downstairs, south side of home). Inquire for more details and availability if interested in renting more than one unit.
Unit A is located downstairs on the north side, unit C is the entire upstairs.
Pet Policy: One dog is welcome for a non-refundable fee of $150. Please let us know ahead of time if traveling with a pet.

Very relaxing. Erin interrupted the surf fishing, but otherwise, everything we wanted. Will return again. We've been coming there for 25 years!

Beach was very private and not much public traffic which is great for family gatherings, place was extremely clean and comfortable. The only thing I would say you could improve on is an earlier check in but not a make or break deal.

From booking to check out this place was amazing! Was right on the beach and walked out to the surf. We saw a beautiful sunrise; this was wonderful and we will definitely be returning!!

We wanted to show my step daughter and her bf all around St. Augustine, my hometown. The best city in the world!This house is on my favorite beach in the area.
