Two blocks from quiite beach (have to cross A1A), scenic short walk under bridge to publix, 1 block to circle K, Relaxing yard with fountain, tables, rocking chairs, herbs for cooking. Private cool under oak canopy park full of plants and pollinators behind your parking. Inside: bedroom: queen bed, rocking chair/5’ futon, tv. Bathroom has shower with seat and two shower heads. Fully equipped kitchen/dining room/ side space with curtains, futon & tv. Neighbors are friendly long term tenants. Safe neighborhood, 6 blocks away park with tennis, wiffleball, kids slide etc & dog park. The place has character. Dogs welcome.

Host extremely friendly and helpful, great location and place to stay. Very good for the price. If you are looking for a 5 star hotel this I not the place for you. If you want a clean, safe and comfortable place with a convenient location, don't hesitate and book, you won't be disappointed.

This place is great if you’re looking for a spot close to the beach and close to St. Augustine. Rabbit is an excellent host and very helpful.

We enjoyed our stay at Hans Retreat. We definitely will be back in the future. The location was close to everything in St. Augustine. We love Vilano Beach and why we choose to stay there. Rabbit is super friendly and welcoming to his guests and if you have any questions or concerns he is on location to help.
