THE SPACE:

This inviting 2-bedroom beach cottage comfortably sleeps four and was designed with easy coastal living in mind. Bright, comfortable living spaces welcome you home after a day in the sun, while the fully equipped kitchen makes everything from quick breakfasts to family dinners a breeze. A Keurig coffee maker helps you ease into each morning, and the in-home washer and dryer make longer stays simple and convenient.

Outside, enjoy your own private space to relax with a meal fresh off the propane grill or unwind after a day exploring St. Augustine. We also provide three days' worth of starter supplies—including toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher pods, and other essentials—so you can settle in without immediately heading to the store.

OPEN LIVING: The home's open layout allows everyone to stay connected whether you're preparing meals, dining, or relaxing after a day of sightseeing. We provide starter supplies including paper products, dish pods, laundry pods, trash bags, and soaps to get you through the first 2 to 3 days of your stay.



THE LAYOUT: This home features a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom layout.

Bedroom 1: Comfortable accommodations featuring a queen bed

Bedroom 2: Cozy sleeping space featuring a queen size bed

Guest Bathroom: Full bathroom conveniently located in the hallway between both bedrooms.



LAUNDRY: A washer and dryer are available downstairs for your convenience. Starter laundry pods, dryer sheets, an iron, ironing board, and basic cleaning supplies are also provided.



PARKING: Parking is available in the driveway. Please do not park on the street, or block in the trash cans.



AMENITIES: Spacious backyard. Propane grill. Stand up paddle boards. Washer and dryer. Fully equipped kitchen with starter supplies. Smart TVs for streaming your favorite services. Electric Golf cart available for an additional nightly fee. Linens and towels and 2-3 days of supplies pre-stocked.

BEACHSIDE FUN IN THE SUN: St. Augustine's beautiful beaches are only a short drive or walk away. Spend the day swimming, surfing, paddle boarding, shell collecting, or simply relaxing on the sand. The included stand up paddle boards also provide a fun way to explore local waterways during your stay.



ELECTRIC GOLF CART: We're excited to offer a street legal electric golf cart as an optional add on ($45 a night) for your stay. It's a fun and convenient way to explore nearby attractions without moving your vehicle. The golf cart can be used to visit the beach, nearby restaurants, parks, and other local destinations. A signed waiver and full payment for the golf cart rental are required before access will be provided.



SECURITY DEPOSIT: In lieu of a traditional security deposit or authorization hold, we charge a one time non refundable $49 incidentals fee. This fee provides coverage for accidental damages up to $1,000 during your stay (excluding the golf cart). Guests may choose to increase their coverage by selecting a higher incidentals package. Any damage must be reported prior to checkout to qualify for coverage. Damages exceeding the selected coverage amount or damages not reported before checkout may result in additional charges based on documented repair or replacement costs.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire home, including both indoor and outdoor living spaces and garaage.



Golf Cart is offered for an additional fee of $45 a night

This quiet beachside neighborhood offers the best of both worlds, with Surfside Park Beach just **0.3 miles away** (about a 5 to 7 minute walk) and Historic Downtown St. Augustine only **4 miles** from the home. Spend your mornings soaking up the sun, afternoons exploring local shops and restaurants, and evenings enjoying one of the many nearby waterfront dining spots.



Just minutes away, you'll find the **Vilano Beach Pier** (approximately **1 mile**), where you can fish, enjoy the river views, or catch one of St. Augustine's beautiful sunsets. You're also within **5 miles** of Historic Downtown St. Augustine, where you can explore St. George Street, Castillo de San Marcos, unique boutiques, museums, and countless local restaurants.
