Accommodating up to 10 guests, the villa features four bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, comfortable living and dining areas, and a fully equipped kitchen. A separate guest apartment with its own kitchenette and bathroom offers additional privacy within the property. Air conditioning in the bedrooms, Wi-Fi, laundry facilities, and on-site parking make it easy to settle in.

The entire villa, swimming pool, and garden are exclusively yours during your stay. Whether you’re traveling with family, enjoying a quiet getaway with friends, or planning a golf vacation, you can spend time together while still having space to yourself.

Beaches, restaurants, supermarkets, and golf courses are just a short drive away. A car is recommended to make the most of the hillside location and the surrounding area.

Please note that the villa is located in a quiet residential area. Parties and events are not permitted, and guests are asked to be considerate of the neighbors, particularly after 8:00 PM.
