Located in the exclusive gated community of La Finca de Marbella, this modern 6-bedroom villa accommodates up to 12 guests and is just a few minutes from the beaches, golf courses, and downtown Marbella.
It features a private pool, garden, gym, and sauna. Ideal for families and golf groups on the Costa del Sol.

The villa is spread over three levels and is designed around a bright, open-concept main floor, featuring a modern, fully equipped kitchen, a spacious dining area, and a comfortable living room. Large sliding doors open fully onto the garden and private pool, creating a seamless connection between the interior and exterior.
On the first floor, there is a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom, as well as a guest restroom.
On the upper floor are three additional bedrooms. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom, while the other two share a bathroom. All three have direct access to the upper terrace, which offers additional outdoor space and unobstructed views.
The lower level (-1) provides additional space and privacy, with two spacious bedrooms, each featuring a walk-in closet and an en suite bathroom. There is also a bedroom with two single beds (which can be joined upon request) and a dressing area. This level also features a spacious storage room, a separate laundry room, a fully equipped gym, and a private sauna with a shower and restroom.
Outside, the private garden is designed to let you enjoy the Marbella lifestyle, with an outdoor dining area, a relaxation area, and lounge chairs by the pool.
The property features private parking with a garage door that accommodates up to two vehicles.
Guests have full private access to the entire villa, garden, pool area, and garage during their stay.
The pool and all outdoor areas are for the exclusive use of guests and are not shared.
