Bedroom 5: 1 double bed (160x200), shared bathroom
Bedroom 6: Apartment with its own kitchen, bathroom and living room – 1 double bed (160x200) and a double sofa bed.
LOCATION:
Perfectly positioned just a 5-minute drive from Marbella’s best beaches, fine and casual dining restaurants, and all essential amenities, this villa offers a peaceful, private retreat without compromising on convenience.
POOL HEATING
Pool can be heated for 90 EUR/day.
MAID SERVICE
Direct bookings @liriosvillagemarbella for July and August include one complimentary maid service. The service can also be added to any booking made via online platforms or agents for 125 EUR/day, covering a light clean of the kitchen, living areas, bathrooms, and bedrooms. Fresh linen and towels are available for an additional 130 EUR laundry fee. Make it a holiday for everyone! :-)
Whether you`re seeking a sophisticated escape with friends, a family retreat, or a luxurious base to explore the coast, this villa delivers an unforgettable experience in the heart of Marbella.
1. Regular check-out is at 10:00 AM. Late check-out may be possible upon request, subject to availability, and may incur an additional charge. Guests who remain past 10:00 AM without prior agreement will be charged €100 per hour.
2. Two sets of keys with remote controls will be provided and a 250 EUR charge is made per set if lost or taken away on departure.
3. On departure, keys must be left on the table in the kitchen and door must be closed shut.
4. 24 HOURS GRACE PERIOD is granted for reporting any damages or imperfections. Further damages might be deducted from the damage deposit.
5. Rubbish must be disposed IN RUBBISH BAGS IN THE RUBBISH CONTAINER ON THE WAY DOWN TO ELVIRIA to prevent attracting rodents. Please understand that rodents pleague is the last thing we want for your holiday villa. A 50 EUR cleaning fee applies for non-compliance.
6. AC must be switched off when not in the villa.
7. While standard final cleaning fee is included in the rent, additional 500 EUR might be charged from the damage deposit if the property is left excessively dirty or needs additional cleaning. A 10 EUR/item applies for staining sheets or towels with make-up or bronzers.
8. The villa is strictly non-smoking and a 200 EUR cleaning fee applies for smoking inside or littering the pool or the garden with cigarette butts.
9. The gardener must be granted access to the villa between 8-10:00 in the morning. The gardener won’t ring the bell.
10. The villa is located in a residential area and loud parties are not allowed. Quiet hours must be respected and music must be kept low after 22:00. EVENTS AND PARTIES UNAPPROVED BY THE OWNERS ARE SUBJECT TO AN 1000 EUR FINE.
11. I am aware I need to close all shutters, lock the property and arm the alarm when not in the villa and during the night. Lirios Village Marbella does not take responsibility for any loss or theft.
CHECK OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Take out all garbage (also from the bedrooms, please)
2. Load the dishwasher and put it on
3. If staff is not present on departure, leave all keys by the entrance and arm the alarm.
