About this villa rental
Beautiful classic-contemporary 5-bedroomed luxury villa with private pool, hot tub, outside bar & BBQ area with pizza oven, just 2 minutes walk from every amenity.
Located in a quiet street within the pine trees, close to a wide selection of shops, bars, restaurants, banks, supermarkets and a local market on Fridays. There is also direct access to the park behind, which includes a children’s play-park. The white sandy beach is only a short walk, or a few minutes drive away.
The villa has a contemporary open-plan layout with an island kitchen overlooking the pool, integrated appliances, cookware, glasses, crockery etc and breakfast bar with stools. There is one inside & two outside dining areas, a lounge with an office area & fireplace, a separate guest wc and a laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and drying terrace.
From the lounge and kitchen, is the covered dining terrace plus a soft seating area adjacent to the pool. The pool has a beach-entry design and stepping stones to cross, there are timber sunbeds, a parasol shade, two swing seats, a hammock and a solar shower.
- if you are visiting during the winter, there is also the option to have the POOL HEATED to take the chill off. (at an extra charge).
- The hot tub is included all year round and will be prepared ready for you to jump straight in.
The pool bar and BBQ area have a sink, outdoor fridge, large gas BBQ and a wood-burning pizza oven. This follows around to the rear garden with the hot tub and a table tennis table.
The villa has 4 main double bedrooms, all of which have their own ensuite bathroom, built-in wardrobes, ceiling fan, black-out curtains, TV and dressing table. There is one double bedroom located on the ground floor with access directly to the garden and hot tub and three double bedrooms on the first floor, one with a walk-in wardrobe and each with a small balcony or terrace. From the upper landing, there is access to a terrace overlooking the pool with an exterior staircase leading to the top floor, where an independent 5th bedroom is located plus a large sunbathing terrace with sea views. (Please note, this bedroom has its own bathroom with a toilet and basin, but it does not have a shower).
The villa is installed with air conditioning throughout for both heating and cooling, a solar hot water system, underfloor heating in the bathrooms, built-in USB points for charging your phones etc and a security alarm.
You will have access to all areas of the villa, garden & pool including private parking in the driveway for 1-2 cars, plus on-street parking.
