The “Meeresliebe” apartment is located on the first floor of Building 4 at the Dünenresort Binz. It is thus close to the beach, right in the heart of the sophisticated Baltic Sea resort town of Binz.
The pedestrian zone, featuring restaurants, bakeries, boutiques, and other shopping options, is only about a 5-minute walk away.
The apartment, featuring real wood parquet flooring and a south-facing balcony, is accessible via an elevator from the underground parking garage. With its 60 square meters, it is ideal for 4 people.
All rooms open off the spacious hallway.
The spacious open-concept living area features a modern leather couch (which can sleep a third or fourth person), a dining area, and a fully equipped open-concept designer kitchen.
The balcony is almost entirely covered by the balcony above it.
The bedroom has a double bed and offers a partial ocean view from the window.
The bright bathroom with a washing machine rounds out this modern apartment.
A single parking space in the spacious underground garage can be booked for an additional fee. It has its own wallbox (22 kilowatts) for electric cars.

You can reach the apartment—which features real wood parquet flooring and a south-facing balcony—with minimal barriers via the elevator from the underground parking garage. With its 60 square meters, it is ideal for 4 people.
All rooms open off the spacious hallway, which is equipped with plenty of storage space.
The spacious open-concept living area features a modern leather couch that can be converted into a sleeper sofa for a third or fourth person (sleeping area: 1.45 m x 1.80 m). A large, internet-enabled flat-screen TV with a 2.0 Dolby Surround sound system and a Blu-ray/DVD player provide plenty of entertainment options. There’s room for everyone at the dining table, and thanks to the bright table lighting, it’s perfect for social game nights. The living area is rounded out by the fully equipped open-concept designer kitchen, featuring a glass-ceramic stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, as well as a coffee maker, Nespresso capsule machine, electric kettle, and toaster. There’s even a small safe hidden here for your valuables.
The furnished balcony out front is almost entirely shaded by the balcony above it. A parasol provides additional protection from the southern sun.
The light-filled bedroom with a double bed (1.80 m x 2 m) also features an internet-enabled flat-screen TV, a spacious closet, and nightstands on both sides with lamps. A great place to read! From the window, you can even catch a small glimpse of the nearby Baltic Sea.
