About this apartment rental
Your “Nordlicht” vacation rental is in a prime location right on the car-free beach promenade. Villa Atlantic is situated in a particularly beautiful section of the promenade: central enough to reach restaurants, bakeries, and the famous pier in just a few minutes on foot, yet far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the Kurplatz to enjoy relaxing hours on the balcony. The fine-sand beach is right on your doorstep—ideal for a spontaneous dip in the Baltic Sea in the morning or watching the sunset in the evening.
The living and dining area
The heart of the apartment welcomes you with plenty of light and a Mediterranean feel. Floor-to-ceiling windows allow plenty of natural light into the room. Take a seat on the cozy couch, which not only invites you to relax but also transforms into a full-fledged sleeping area at night: Thanks to a real mattress (not just a simple cushion), even the third and fourth guests can sleep comfortably and with proper back support. A flat-screen TV, a stereo system, and the dining area for shared meals round out the amenities. From here, you step directly onto the balcony.
The kitchen (kitchenette)
Integrated into the living area, you’ll find the harmoniously designed kitchenette. It’s a space-saving marvel and fully equipped so you won’t have to go without anything during your vacation. In addition to a ceramic cooktop, microwave, and refrigerator, a dishwasher makes cleaning up a breeze. A special treat for coffee lovers: In addition to the classic drip coffee maker, a Nespresso machine is available for a quick espresso in the morning.

Your private retreat for restful nights. The separate bedroom is furnished with a high-quality, modern box-spring bed that ensures the best sleeping comfort. A spacious built-in closet offers plenty of room for your vacation wardrobe, so suitcases and bags quickly disappear from view. Start your day refreshed in a bathroom that gives you room to breathe. Thanks to the window, the room is bright and well-ventilated (natural-light bathroom). Amenities include a shower, a toilet, and a bidet. A hair dryer is provided for your convenience, and the underfloor heating ensures the tiles stay pleasantly warm even during the cooler months.

Enjoy the fresh Baltic Sea air on your covered balcony. It’s furnished with comfortable seating and offers a beautiful side view of the sea. An ideal spot to listen to the sound of the waves while enjoying breakfast or to wind down the evening with a glass of wine.
Arrive stress-free: A private parking space is located right next to the house. For electric car owners, we offer a wallbox (available upon request for a fee). You can also store your bicycles here. Thanks to the elevator, you can easily and barrier-free take your luggage up to the 3rd floor.
