This approximately 58 m² 3-room apartment on the first floor of the “Königin Augusta” dune residence is easily accessible by elevator. It features a furnished balcony measuring just over 6 m² facing south, where you can relax and enjoy the fresh sea air.
From the entryway, you enter the cozy and modern living/dining room, which features a sofa set, a dining table for four, a 107-cm SMART TV, a stereo system with a CD player and USB port, and a DVD player. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. The kitchenette, integrated into the room, includes a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, a microwave with grill, a Senseo coffee maker, and various small kitchen appliances.
One of the two bedrooms is furnished with a double bed (2 x 2 m) and another SMART TV. The second bedroom features a sofa bed that sleeps 2 people (1.40 x 2 m) and another SMART TV.
The bathroom in your apartment is tiled and equipped with a shower and toilet. Underfloor heating ensures a comfortable indoor climate throughout the entire apartment.
A parking space for your car is available in the building’s underground garage (max. clearance height 1.95 m). In the basement of the Dünenresidenz, you also have the option to use the sauna for a fee, as well as a washing machine and dryer.
As a seasonal highlight, your own beach chair is available on the beautiful Binz beach from approximately early May through late September (weather permitting).
