The vacation apartment is located on the 2nd floor on the west side of the popular apartment complex. The Baltic Sea beach and the Binz pier are just 150 meters away.

This non-smoking apartment with free Wi-Fi features a bedroom with a double bed, a living area with a double sofa bed (1.40 x 2.00 m) and an adjoining balcony, and a bathroom with a shower. The amenities—including underfloor heating, large windows, and light-filled rooms—are complemented by a fully equipped open kitchen with an electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, oven, dishwasher, and freezer compartment, a washing machine, a hair dryer, and a TV/stereo system with a flat-screen TV.
A crib can be set up in the bedroom for a fee, and you can request a high chair upon request.
