Countryside cottage in the heart of Warwickshire

Host was really friendly and guided us to the location. Property is in quite location. Easy access to major town and local pub.

Host needs to update correct postcode and exact location as the post code will end up about half a mile away from actual property. The hot water Magaflow tank fuse keep tripping. So we have never been able to use hot water or use of radiator. Several large spides spotted inside the property and webs needs to be cleaned properly throughout the property. There were wet towels already inside the washing machine. Also instruction for front metal gate needs to be clear. As it is stuck due to friction and requires the gate to be pushed upwards and then push to open. Any new guest will struggle. As the host is new, if above issues can be fixed its a decent property to stay.
