I really enjoyed my stay at Willow Living AT Star KLCC. The room was very clean, comfortable and well maintained. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning was excellent, and everything was well organized. The staff were also friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a very pleasant and comfortable stay with a beautiful view of KLCC.
Overall, everything was good and I had a great stay. There were no major issues during my visit. If possible, improving the check-in process and providing a little more information about the facilities and nearby attractions would make the experience even better.
