I like the ambiance of the property, and the room I got was incredibly affordable, especially considering it’s currently peak season. What stood out the most, however, was the exceptional customer service. Sir Majed handled my booking and payment process smoothly and professionally, making everything hassle-free from the start. Bella was also amazingg. She assisted me throughout the entire process and was always responsive, helpful, and accommodating. Their dedication and warm hospitality truly made my stay much more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for great value and outstanding service. ✨

When we arrived, the host told us we have to pay CASH, otherwise we had to pay 8% more !!! THe booking we made was all inclusive taxes and the host could not tell us exactly why we would have to pay these 8% extra. This is NOT acceptable. The tower building was totally over crowed with other short term renters/tourists. It took very long before we got into the overcrowded elevators, the lobby was always full and crowded.
