Location. Conveniently located.
No air conditioning, which was disappointing.
The kitchen was not equipped very well, and the quality of the utensils was unacceptable. The frying pan, in particular, was an absolute insult. Fortunately, I have family in Cape Town and was able to borrow some of their kitchen equipment.
Only one rubbish bag was provided for the entire stay. I actually had to contact the agent to ask whether it would be possible to get another one. Thankfully, they arranged to have an additional bag dropped off at the apartment, but this is a basic necessity that should have been provided without having to ask.
Overall, these are small but important details that significantly affect the guest experience and should be addressed.
