City Studio near Königsallee & Hbf

The apartment is in an excellent location in the city center; the bed is comfortable, and the building is well-maintained and feels safe.

The apartment did not seem properly prepared for guests. There was no toilet paper upon arrival, and the shower had a drainage problem. Both issues were only addressed after I contacted the management. The microwave was not working, and despite reporting the issue, it was never repaired or replaced. Overall, it felt as though only the bare minimum effort had been made to prepare the apartment. Although the kitchen was equipped with a coffee machine, kettle, and cooking facilities, basic essentials such as coffee, sugar, and salt were not provided. There wasn't even a proper kitchen knife—just a regular table knife. These are small but important details that make a difference to a guest's experience, and their absence gave the impression of a lack of care and attention to basic hospitality.
