About this house rental
The house has three bedrooms with built-in wardrobes and two bathrooms (one en suite, two showers, one bathtub, two toilets, two sinks, a bidet, and two hairdryers). The master bedroom, which can be wonderfully heated in winter by the wood-burning stove, has an en suite bathroom and is located separately from the other two bedrooms. It features a king-size bed (2.20m).
The other two bedrooms share a small bathroom.
Terrace doors from all three bedrooms (each with a double bed) and the living room lead to the pool and garden area. The pool has a depth of 1.15-1.70m. All doors leading to the garden are fitted with modern mosquito nets.
From the living room, you can access the spacious terrace and the beautifully landscaped garden with its large 5m x 10m pool (sun loungers and parasols provided) and a barbecue area, perfect for relaxing grilling sessions.
The sheltered, partially glazed veranda (approx. 35 sq m) offers protection from sun and wind and is ideal for long, warm summer evenings.
The comfortable living/dining room with a large, newly built (2015) wood-burning stove, radio, and satellite TV, as well as the well-equipped open-plan kitchen, ensure a pleasant living environment. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances, including a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator/freezer.
Children are welcome in this house; a cot, high chair, and playpen are available for an additional fee.
There is ample parking space in front of the house.
Fly screens, towels, tea towels, and bed linen are provided.
