The location is perfect for all amenities, restaurants, bar(next door), supermarkets, beach access, bus services, taxis et., Vehicle not really needed unless want to travel around.
Some outdoor seating requires replacement.

Die Aussicht auf das Meer ist grandios. Das Haus liegt zentral im Dorf Luz und hat 2 Parkplätze vor der Türe.
Die Zimmer, welche ein Fenster auf die hintere Strasse hinaus haben, sind lärmig. Die umliegenden Bars und Restaurants verursachen Lärm und Geruchsemissionen. Das oberste Zimmer beim Jaccuzzi hat zwar eine geniale Aussicht, aber kein eigenes Bad/WC, und das WC auf dem Gang, ganz unten beim Wohnzimmer, war unbenützbar, weil es stank.

Couple of the bedrooms a little dark. Some wear and tear beginning to show on property.

Location was great as far as being waterfront, because it was next to a bar, nights were a bit noisy for us.
