About this villa rental
The villa is located in Paraíso da Luz ("Paradise of Luz"). Casa Berlin is a beautiful, well appointed and well maintained 4 bedroom villa located in an enviable position in Praia da Luz, with sea and headland views and within walking distance of beach, restaurants, shops and supermarket. Built in 2002, it has a private pool, a large private garden and ocean views. The villa also benefits from many terraces and balconies and has a basement complete with Pool table, Table tennis table, Foosball table and dart board. It is situated only 120m back from the sea. To accommodate larger parties, we also have another property, ref. P4068 which is located only 800m away, close to the beach of Praia da Luz (250m) and the village shops and restaurants.

Casa Berlin was just amazing! It was beautiful, it was very clean, it had all the modern amenities and fast wifi. Just perfect. Luz is a wonderful town with scenic sunsets, picturesque ocean cliffs and many delicious restaurants to enjoy a meal at. Just perfect! The hosts were amazing with excellent communication, helpful advice and just great to deal with. Highly recommend!

Perfect family villa. The pool was great & the games room a huge hit with the kids, & adults. Good location to walk into Luz, the shops & beach & for doing a coastal walk to Bergaus.

Stayed at Casa Berlin at the end of July with family and 16 month old Granddaughter. Absolutely loved the villa and location. Just 2 minutes from the coastal path and into Luz. The villa is quiet, very well equipped and in a great location. The pool was excellent and loved the basement games room. Will return for sure

A fabulous two weeks spent in this villa with a beautiful location. The house is well equipped to eat in but it’s an easy walk to the town along the coast to access any one of the many restaurants. The private pool was deliciously cold and offered relief from the mini heatwave we experienced during our stay. I couldn’t believe that we had 5 toilets in the house - particularly the one in the basement with the washing machine and games room. A high spec home from home
