About this apartment rental
A spacious, comfortable, well-equipped apartment in the St James condominium, based in the picturesque village of Praia da Luz, just outside Lagos in the western Algarve.
The apartment is 120m2 in total and consists of 3 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and 2 bathrooms.
St James is a family-oriented complex, located within the bounds of the village and boasting excellent facilities, finished to a very high standard. The beautiful beach in Luz is just a few hundred metres away and the historic and scenic town of Lagos just a 10min taxi-ride or drive.
The master bedroom is fitted with a double-bed and has an adjoining ensuite. The 2nd bedroom has twin beds and the 3rd bedroom has bunk-beds, all rooms finished to a high standard with built-in wardrobes.
Main bathroom is spacious and has bath/shower plus bidet and tiling throughout. Ensuite bathroom off main bedroom with shower cabin, bidet and tiling throughout.
The living/dining room is large and tastefully decorated with two sofas, coffee table and tv unit, as well as a large dining table with seating for 6. The living area also leads onto a large balcony with seating and table.
The kitchen is separate and also contains a table with seating for 4. Kitchen is well equipped with fridge, washing machine, kettle, microwave, hob/oven, sandwich-maker/grill and toaster.
Living room also contains dvd player and personal audio system.
The beach at Praia da Luz is just 400m away, with many activities available on beach, including kayaking, sailing etc.
Many options also in the vicinity for activities including golf, walking and general sightseeing.

Brian was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish, answering any question I had in relation to the property and area. The apartment was perfect for us, spacious, equipped with everything you need to spend a couple of weeks there. We were delighted to see some books and toys for the kids too. There is no air conditioning, however there are plenty of fans. There are no views of the sea, however the balcony is great for people watching as they head down the town. Everything is within walking distance so there is no need for a car. The pool area is very well kept with a pool attendant checking people in daily. Lots of places to eat locally and beautiful beaches either a short walk away, or if you want to venture further, there are plenty to discover within 30 mins drive. The mid holiday clean was exceptional, the cleaners went above and beyond. One of the best holidays we have had.

This apartment was perfect for our party of 5. The pool area is lovely with two good size pools and plenty of loungers. It's in a quiet location but is only a quick walk to the seafront. Lots of parking on site. We love Luz anyway but this apartment really made our holiday. Brian was also really efficient and helpful throughout - thank you.
