About this apartment rental
22D is a spacious ground floor apartment with a large terrace, hammock and pool, ideal for families with children or for friends looking for a private pool deck directly above the sea.
This fabulous apartment is located in the first row on the beach of LUZ near Lagos.
You already feel like you're on the beach:
The view of the Atlantic stretches from the surf on the beach directly below to the horizon and the impressive Black Rock to the east. The impressions of the waves and wind rushing through the palm trees can be enjoyed from the front row.
The cul-de-sac location next to the Roman ruins is CENTRAL, currently construction work is still taking place on the Roman ruins and this can temporarily affect the otherwise absolutely quiet location. A car can be parked in the cul-de-sac in front of the apartment. The sandy beach of Luz, restaurants, bars and supermarkets are in the immediate vicinity and can be reached on foot in a few minutes.
The apartment is reached via a few steps. It offers a cozy living room with full sea views, full hd TV with German and English channels, WLAN Internet, air conditioning, bedroom by the sea with adjoining bathroom, modern kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine.

Our stay was everything we were expecting and more. The apartment was very clean, kitchen provided all the necessities. The view of the beach and the water was breathtaking! Restaurants, supermarkets all within walking distance. Communication with the host was seamless. I would highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for a place to stop and smell the roses as they say.

Wow, I don't know where to start. Excellent property, very well maintained and stocked. The location and view is amazing. Easy walk to whatever you want to do. Everything worked as expected. Our host was responsive but we really didn't have any issues that required assistance. The welcome basket was very appreciated too! Would definitely stay here again when visiting Luz.

We enjoyed another month in Praia da Luz. Location is perfect. We walked to supermarkets and restaurants and enjoyed the area on foot with many walks along the waterfront. We also used the local bus to Lagos. UBER is very useful and allowed us to explore neighbouring towns. Andrea and Frenk, thank you for sharing your condo with us once again. This condo is well equipped and recent renovations are great. Thanks to Irina and Mario for looking after us. We look forward to returning next year.

The apartment was everything and more than we had imagined. We were the first guests to stay after a recent renovation.We were welcomed with a beautiful basket of fruit , fresh bread, luncheon meats and a bottle of wine!The living area was extremely comfortable and spacious, with new couches and large tv.The kitchen had everything you need for a long or short stay.The bathrooms are both very nicely finished particularly the second unit which has been completely renovated.The space is very good for multiple couples or family.The patio significantly increases the amount of area you have available.The main bedroom with ensuite opens right up onto the patio and the ocean is only a few meters away.The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are also very nicely done with lots of closet space in all.The patio itself and the view are what the apartment was about for us! Incredible location on the waterfront overlooking the beach, promenade and water.We also enjoyed the use of the weber BBQ which is a great feature not often available. Pool was a bonus!Our dealings with Frenk and Andrea where very easy, they were quick to respond to any questions we had, check in and check out were very easy!The team of Irina and Mario the onsite contacts were so great and accommodating to anything we had questions about.We would highly recommend this rental if you want special ocean front and extreme comfort!Thanks Frenk and Andrea for sharing your property, we will be looking to return!
