About this house rental
This modern 3 bedroom Semi Detached Villa overlooks the 4th Fairway / Green. The Villa has a private garden with sun loungers and garden furniture overlooking the golf course.
The Villa is equipped with Wi-Fi, Satellite TV, Full A/C throughout and reduced Fees for all amenities on the Resort.
Furnished to a very high standard in every way, flatscreen satellite TV, Air conditioning and heating throughout. A fully equipped kitchen gives you all the amenities you require to make it feel like home from home.
The Master Bedroom features a Double Bed, Fitted Wardrobes, an En-Suite Bathroom and patio doors leading onto upstairs balcony.
The 2nd Bedroom has Twin Beds, Fitted Wardrobes, En-Suite Shower Room and patio doors leading onto upstairs balcony
The 3rd Bedroom is on the ground floor and features Single Beds, Fitted wardrobes and a separate shower room.
All Bathrooms are fitted with heated towels rails.
There are 2 balconies and a large terrace so you get the sun in the morning and afternoon and the rear upstairs balcony has great views over the 3rd fairway and views of the mountains.
Other amenities include children's play area, soccer school, driving range and practice area in addition to those already listed, a fabulous place for you never to be bored.
This property benefits from being located right in the heart of one of the best golf courses on the Western Algarve and guests receive a 25% discount to play. You also receive a 10% discount in the bar and restaurant.

Historic Lagos is less than 5 minutes by car where you will find many wonderful shops, bars & restaurants. Local supermarket is 1km from resort.

The property is in a good location and benefits from afternoon sun at the rear, we have stayed here before. We did have one issue with the TV, in the early evening all channels start pixilating or have no signal so it is unwatchable. The channels come back to normal at about 9 in the morning. This would not have been an issue for us had we not been on a golf resort with the Ryder Cup in progress. Despite reporting it early in our stay the issue was not resolved and was still evident when we left 8 days later.

Belle maison, bien placée sur le golf. Malheureusement, très mauvais contact avec Amanda, la gestionnaire. Absente à notre arrivée, de même à notre départ. Pas du tout à notre écoute.
Elle nous a accusé d'avoir laisser une clé dans la porte probablement cassé par les femmes de ménages venus en milieu de séjour. Ayant avec nous un handicapé n'étant pas sortie de la villa la 2éme semaine, nous n'avons rien remarqué. Amanda nous a accusé et fait payer le serrurier, sans jamais croire à notre bonne foi.
