About this villa rental
Set on a small, quiet, complex just 10 minutes walk from Luz beach and its restaurants and bars. This stunning end of terrace villa with superb ocean views is perfectly equipped for all your needs.
Recently refurbished and newly furnished spacious villa has everything you need for a family holiday including a large private pool (which can be heated at an additional cost of £140 per week). Four large bedrooms sleeping 8 comfortably and 3 newly fitted bathrooms, 2 of which are ensuite. The balcony has recently (2019) been extended and glass balustrades added to maximise the sea views. The balcony has both gas and charcoal Weber BBQs. There is also a ping pong table outside for use of the guests.
The upper floor has a large open plan lounge and dining room with seating for 8. It has an internet TV system, wifi and a beautiful wood burning fire for the winter months. Two sets of sliding patio doors lead out onto a large balcony with sea views and steps down to the pool area (also accessible from the ground floor). Also on the first floor is a large, well equipped kitchen - including hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave and fridge freezer (new kitchen being installed for beginning of 2023) The washing machine is located on the ground floor in a small room by the pool.
The villa boasts a huge roof terrace with uninterrupted, panoramic sea views which can be enjoyed from a 10 seater sofa.
On the lower level are four large bedrooms with fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with bath and seperate shower. Bedroom 2 also has a double bed and ensuite bathroom with a large, modern walk in shower. Bedrooms 1 and 2 have their own direct access to the pool area.
Bedrooms 3 and 4 both have twin single beds and share a seperate shower room. Both rooms open onto a delightful inner terrace.
The property has had air conditioning installed in every room and has central heating and a log burning fire for the winter months.
There is a shower located by the pool and 8 comfortable sun beds and drinks tables. There is a small outdoor kitchen with sink and fridge by the pool area.
The complex has its own pool and bar - also open during the evening.
The villa has a travel cot and baby high-chair (no charge for use).

Ponta da Gaivota is a pleasant 10 minute walk along the seafront to the centre of Luz. There are several bars and restaurants on the walk in before the main beach area. Praia da Luz is one of the Algarve's most stunning beaches with restaurants, bars and water sports. The unspoilt fishing village of Burgau is a 5 minute drive away with its excellent beach and restaurants. The bustling marina of Lagos with its lively nightlife is 10 minutes drive.
There are 2 golf courses within 5 minutes drive and both watersports and horse riding can be enjoyed nearby.

Fantastic villa. The views from the terrace are stunning. Everything was clean and tidy and well equipped. There are excellent restaurants within walking distance. Communication is good with the owners. This was our second visit and we will return.

Superb villa, spacious, magnificently equipped, elegantly designed and decorated. Great pool area with heated pool a worthwhile option. Communications with hosts were excellent - timely, clear and comprehensive.

The property was better than advertised. A very high quality property, very well furnished, amazing kitchen and very good quality beds. Towels were amazing and changed during our week's stay along with a clean. The property owner was very responsive to our request and the heated swimming pool was just the best that we have ever encountered in a similar style property in Portugal. Also a very nice rooftop with great furniture. We couldn't fault anything and will definitely return if the property is available.
