Welcome to The Oasis, a relaxing waterfront getaway in the beautiful Texas Hill Country. With plenty of room for family and friends, multiple outdoor living spaces, direct access to the Nueces River as well private neighborhood access to the Nueces River, this is the perfect place to slow down, reconnect, and enjoy life by the water.
The Oasis sleeps up to 10 guests and offers three comfortable bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The spacious primary suite features a king-size bed and private bathroom. The additional bedrooms provide comfortable sleeping arrangements, and extra bedding is available for the couches and two air mattresses.
Inside, you will find welcoming spaces designed for spending time together. Enjoy morning coffee at the dedicated coffee bar, share meals and conversation, or settle in for a relaxing evening after a day on the river.
Step outside and choose from several outdoor areas where you can enjoy the peaceful surroundings, fresh Hill Country air, and beautiful water views. Whether you are drinking coffee in the morning, grilling dinner, watching the sunset, or simply relaxing with the people you love, there is plenty of room to spread out and make yourself at home.
Guests have access to the water from the property as well as a private neighborhood river park located approximately one block away. The park is reserved for neighborhood residents and their guests and includes covered picnic areas, barbecue grills, and places to relax near the water. Guests can drive down to the river’s edge, making it easier to bring chairs, coolers, fishing gear, and other supplies.
The Nueces offers both shallow and deeper areas, depending on current water conditions. Spend your day swimming, fishing, floating, kayaking, paddleboarding, or simply sitting in a chair with your feet in the water.
The home is elevated and normally accessed by stairs. An exterior lift is available for guests who have difficulty managing stairs and can also be helpful when bringing up luggage, groceries, or heavier items. The property is not fully ADA accessible, and guests should be aware that some outdoor areas may include ledges, rocks, and uneven natural ground.
