This home is 2 miles from the Frio River at the popular "Mager's Crossing" low water crossing/public access point, and 4miles from one of the most popular parks in Texas, Garner State Park! Sitting on 3 acres, this 3 bedroom home is like having a gated park all to yourself. Everything you need for creating cherished memories with loved ones is right here.

This area is known for amazing nature and wilderness experience, from floating the gorgeous Frio River, hiking Old Baldy at Garner State park, learning more about nature through the guide nature tours at Hill County Adventures, quietly watching some of the most beautiful and rare birds in Texas from your own front yard, or standing in awe as millions of bats fly over your head at the Frio Bat Flight.
