During your stay, you’ll have exclusive access to your own pool, a natural stone sauna, a private movie theater, and a fireplace with panoramic views—all on the same property.



The apartment has been completely renovated with a modern design. You’re welcome to use the kitchen and several of the farm’s common areas. The terrace faces the fields and catches the morning sun, making it a natural spot for breakfast or coffee.



The garden and courtyard are available for your use during your stay. The farm’s lookout point, situated on a hill above the barn, offers fantastic morning and evening sun and is perfect for morning coffee or an evening barbecue. The farm’s café is open on Sundays, and breakfast is included in your stay.



The property is located next to the Kollungeröd Vatten Nature Reserve on Orust—one of the best places in Sweden to spot a sea eagle. Roe deer can be seen every morning in the fields. There are walking trails around the house, a swimming spot five minutes away, and a camel farm nearby. Neighbors nearby run an organic pig farm and sell organic eggs.
