This beautifully restored 1915 villa combines historic Scandinavian charm with modern comfort, set in a tranquil neighborhood close to downtown Gothenburg’s vibrant center.

This two-floor villa offers generous space designed for groups. The first-floor open kitchen and dining room serve as the heart of the home—perfect for shared meals and creating memories together. Upstairs, a spacious living room with a large sofa and 65” TV invites you to relax and socialize. Large windows throughout flood the villa with natural light, creating an inviting atmosphere from morning to night.
Your Private Retreat: Two Spas
Unwind in two dedicated spa experiences. Soak in the private outdoor hot tub in the leafy garden—perfect for stargazing and group conversations under the stars. For year-round comfort, the climate-controlled indoor jacuzzi offers luxurious relaxation 24/7. Both amenities are included in your stay.
Comfortable Bedrooms for Everyone
Five bedrooms across the second floor accommodate your entire group:
• Master Bedroom: 180 cm king-size bed with windows facing east, south, and west for abundant natural light
•Bedroom 2: 180 cm king-size bed, east-facing
•Bedroom 3: 160 cm queen-size bed, east-facing
•Bedroom 4: 140 cm double bed, west-facing
•Kids’ Bedroom: 120 cm bed, directly connected to the master, perfect for families traveling with children
Bonus: A separate cabin in the private garden features a 160 cm queen-size bed—ideal for additional guests or those seeking more privacy.
Additional Sleeping Options:
•2 foldable 80 cm single beds (available on request)
•2 air mattresses with built-in electric pump, 80 cm each (available on request)
•1 air mattress with built-in electric pump, 153 cm (available on request)
•Large L-shaped sofa (220 cm length for 1 person, or 180 cm per person for 2 people)
Maximum Capacity: The villa sleeps up to 20 guests when utilizing all beds, air mattresses, foldable beds, and sofa sleeping arrangements. However, optimal comfort is achieved with fewer guests. Please inquire about sleeping arrangements for larger groups. The dinner table can be extended for larger groups and in the pictures you can see it elegantly set for 18 guests.
Family-Friendly Extras: Baby crib and high chair available on request.

We loved our 8 person stay here. The host was super lovely and very easy to get hold of whenever we needed anything. The location was great, the rooms were comfortable and well set up, and the host also provided helpful local recommendations that made our stay even better.

This is a fantastic property not to far from Liseberg and in walking distance to various restaurants, nature parks and the town. Axel is a fantastic host and was extremely helpful. He provided a list of things to do and recommendations that was great. He also went above and beyond to send back some jewellery that was accidentally left behind back to the UK for me.
I went with my family for the Christmas markets and I would highly recommend staying here! Fantastic space and excellent value.

There were five of us athletes staying at the property which proved very convenient for our trips to the main Slottsskogsvalen stadium. Also it was convenient for shopping and going into town.
We all had a comfortable room each.
