"GothenburgVilla" with hot tub and private garden close to city centre

Welcome to ”GothenburgVilla”, located in a calm area close to Gothenburg center. A perfect place to gather a large family or group of friends for a reunion. Built in 1915 and since most areas have been renovated to modern standards while keeping its turn of the century charm. Large windows provide lots of natural light. Five minutes walk to a nature reserve with running tracks through the pristine forest. Well connected to public transport. A lot of space, on two floors, in this lovely classic “GothenburgVilla” is yours. The combined dining room / open kitchen on the first floor will let you accommodate the large family or the large group of friends. The living room with a large sofa and a 65` TV on the second floor makes it easy to socialize. There are five bedrooms, located on the second floor. The large master bedroom with a king size bed has windows facing east, south and west. Two east facing bedrooms - one with a king size bed and one with a queen size bed. The fourth bedroom is smaller, west facing and features a double bed. The fifth "kids bedroom", directly connected to the master bedroom, is smaller and has a window facing west. There is also a separate cabin in the garden with a king size bed. It is also possible to add two extra beds in the common areas. Enjoy the hot tub and BBQs outside in the private garden behind the house. The nature reserve Safjället, only five minutes away by foot, provides running tracks that are lit up at night and an outdoor gym. Within walking distance there are also several prepared grill sites in the forest, some of these perched high up with fantastic views of the city - this is a must do!

- Bedroom 6 (Kids’ room): 120 cm bed

- large L-shaped sofa with the possibility to sleep 2 persons (with one person sleeping the length is +220 cm and with two persons each get 180 cm)

PLEASE NOTE: carefully study the sleeping arrangements and dimensions of beds before booking a large number of guests. The maximum number of guests is only possible by sleeping two persons in all six beds (12), two persons on the large air mattress (2), one person each on both the small air mattresses (2), two persons on each of the foldable extra beds (2), and two persons on the sofa (2). The maximum number of guests is 20 with air mattresses and extra beds in the larger bedrooms and in the living (TV) room, but the optimal number is lower than this.
