We like the fact that it is floating cabin. The place was modern and clean. Unfortunately it was raining most of the time. On our last morning there, we were visited by 2 swans!
When we first arrived, we stepped into a dark reception. The staff was not even aware that there was a check in that afternoon. This is despite us communicating with the property through booking.com, the day before. But I guess we must be grateful that there was actually someone there because most other days, there were nobody in the reception at all.
Balcony lights were not working. This was reported but nothing was done about it.
Equipping could be better thought through e.g. floormat for the bathroom, gloves to take things out of oven etc…
No buses pass near the area on Saturdays and Sundays and it was not mentioned before our booking. We had to find it out ourselves on a rainy day and drag our luggages in the rain for 20 mins before we could connect to a tram.
