Perfect location within walking distance of ICA Maxi and a pizzeria, very supportive host, a comfort

Location of the house is perfect — just a short walking distance from ICA Maxi, a pizzeria, and other essentials. The host was very supportive and responsive throughout our stay. The house is clean, comfortable, and has an excellent kitchen, which made our stay even more convenient. Overall, a wonderful experience. Highly recommended!

the environment is very quiet and the landlord is extremely friendly

We were six people staying here and everything worked perfectly for our group. The house is spacious, clean, and well organized. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were enough for all of us, which made a big difference. The kitchen had everything we needed, and we enjoyed cooking together. The area is quiet, parking was easy, and communication with the host was quick and friendly. Check-in and check-out were smooth. Overall a very pleasant stay, and we would gladly come back.😄😄😄

Wonderful for Families with kids

Spacious bedroom, separate toilets and bathroom. Very helpful host, quick response and easy check-in. House was decorated for Christmas and feels warm and welcoming.

Lovely place

We really enjoyed our stay here. The place had free parking, which was very convenient. The rooms were big, clean, and very comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed to cook our meals. Overall, a lovely and comfortable stay — would definitely recommend!

The host are very fantastic to have helped us collecting the keys easily. Also have showed us all bed rooms, the door locks to use, kitchen utensils and extra bedding materials available e.t.c.

Missed few cooking containers for a bigger family. They are enough only for 4 people.

Låg bra till för vårt behov. Rent o väldigt uppskattat att det stod en julgran uppställd i adventstid, var det där lilla extra som man uppskattar.

Låg mat kvar i kylen. Hade önskat lite mer glas (för bubbel) och knivar samt bestick.

Miserable Unterkunft

Göteborg als Stadt, an der Unterkunft leider nichts.

Die Unterkunft hat uns allen leider gar nicht gefallen. Es gab Schimmel in Töpfen, Staubhaufen zwischen den Schränken, der Himmel beim Himmelbett hat gefehlt, es hingen Kabel ungesichert aus den Wänden, beide Duschen waren schimmelig, auf den Sofakissen waren weiße Flecken, das Geschirr, das wir aus den Schränken nehmen wollten, war überwiegend sehr dreckig, in einer Schublade lagen lose Nudeln herum, der Kühlschrank roch beim Öffnen nach Fisch, der Esstisch war übersät mit Flecken und an den Wänden hingen überall Fäden und tote Insekten. Vor der Tür stand auch ein kaputter Blumentopf und einer der Barhocker ist ebenfalls kaputt (die Sitzfläche löst sich beim Draufsetzen einfach ab). Das Fenster in einem Schlafzimmer kann nicht richtig geschlossen werden, wodurch es sehr kalt war. Wir sind sehr schockiert davon, dass ein solches Haus vermietet wird! Es sieht definitiv anders aus als auf den scheinbar bearbeiteten Fotos. Um zur Waschmaschine zu gelangen muss man einen gruseligen und unaufgeräumten Keller runtergehen. Zur Besprechung wurden uns vom Gastgeber kostenlose Handtücher angeboten, obwohl diese eigentlich "gemietet" werden. Wir wurden mehrfach aufgefordert, dafür 10 Punkte für die Unterkunft zu bewerten. Auf die Handtücher haben wir bei so viel mangelnder Hygiene gerne verzichtet. Zudem gab es auf der Matratze viele Flecken wie wir beim Abziehen der Bettwäsche feststellen mussten.
