On the sixth floor of the Verdiales building, this renovated 35 m² studio boasts a sea-view terrace that stays pleasantly shaded for much of the day — guests mention it again and again as the star feature of the apartment.
Inside, everything is thought through: a double bed, a lounge area with flat-screen TV and Amazon Fire Stick, air conditioning with heating and free WiFi. The full kitchen includes a ceramic hob, minibar fridge, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, Italian-style coffee maker and a Dolce Gusto capsule machine, along with pots, pans and complete tableware. The bathroom has a bathtub and hairdryer, and you also get a washing machine, iron and ironing board, with bed linen and towels included (plus blankets and a duvet in winter). The building offers a lift, 24-hour reception and a seasonal outdoor pool (roughly 15 June to 15 September; dates may vary).
You are right in the centre of Torremolinos, surrounded by shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants, with Plaza Costa del Sol 350 m away. Bajondillo Beach is about 600 m from the door (around a 14-minute walk) and the train station is 700 m away, with the C1 commuter train reaching Málaga Airport in about 20 minutes. There is no private parking, but free street parking is available and a paid car park is 5 minutes away.
