Had to state arrival time window to host prior to arrival. Arrived within time window (8-9pm)with agreed 20 euro surchage for doing so. Front door to apartments was open with other residents coming/going, keybox located as agreed, left bags in room to go dine as been travelling all day. Apartment is ideally located for town centre, 5 minute walk to the centre of everything. If you know the area, getting to the beaches from the Town Centre is a bit of a hike, up/down lots of steep steps. Plenty of supermarkets, etc close by. Town Centre is a great location, busy area full of restaurants , bars, shops etc. Train station is there also; so only 5 minute walk to apartment, depending on time of day, an UBER to/from apartment is 12-20 Euros each way. Once Into the apartment, you will find everything you need for a comfortable stay. Washing, cooking facilites, apartment Is clean with A/C. Good shower, no balcony as this has been enclosed to provide another bedroom that we found handy to set up small table and chairs to eat, drink, chat etc. Drying facilities is a wire rack strung outside the window that encloses that room so does the job. Good sized fridge/freezer for snacks, water, drinks etc. Wifi good and has a Smart TV for youtube etc. Overall a good apartment for a comfortable stay.

Communication with host could have been a lot better. Made to wait until very late in the evening on the night before I left UK before Check In Instructions were issued, Ideally you want these In good time before you leave UK not at the very last minute as day you travel you probably have no WiFi/Internet so anything could go wrong and you have no means to resolve. Also at that point, I was Informed the Pool was closed. Despite requesting confirmation more than once If It was open, always Ignored or never answered. Still stated on Booking.Com It was open for my stay. This was one of the main requirements for my selection of apartment for stay. If you know Torremolinos and the area, a pool Is a must If you are In the town centre as nipping to the beach Isn't easy, I am 67, know of 3 routes, all require you going up/down lots of steep steps so If you need to do that It is very tiring and hard work, you will struggle to do that once a day as Its so tiring. 2 of those options have lifts In the area, however those routes are much further away from the apartment, the lift Is chargeable and closes for siestas etc. If you want a beach type holiday book somewhere much closer to the beach, although states only about 600m to the beach, that is in a straight line and states times/distance may vary, and believe me It does vary immensely. This Is not the best choice of location If you want to visit the beach more than once during your stay but ideal for town centre location. With regards to check In, you can check In after 3pm until 8pm. After that you are charged 20 Euros for every hour up until 11pm; don't know why. After that "you will be locked out and have to find your own accomodation". I'm assuming that the reception is umanned after that so you will not gain access to the building.

Hemos estado encantados con nuestra estancia en este apartamento. Todo estaba impecable, muy cómodo y cuidado al detalle. La ubicación es excelente y el alojamiento cuenta con todo lo necesario para disfrutar de unos días perfectos. Los anfitriones han sido muy amables y atentos en todo momento. Sin duda, lo recomendamos y volveríamos a alojarnos aquí. ¡Muchas gracias por todo!

The pool wasn’t open but it’s May it’s to early so no one’s fault 😊

Boa localização, apartamento limpo e espaçoso para 3/4 pessoas, apesar de ter camas para 6 pessoas, mas o cilindro para a água quente, não daria para esses banhos seguidos. Mini-cozinha mas o necessário estava lá, como um frigorifico médio :-) e adorei o escorredor da loiça.

A piscina não estava pronta a ser usada.
