Está nuevo, muy limpio, es grande, tiene mucho detalle y no es ruidoso. Se localiza al lado del centro y servicios y tiene buena relación calidad precio. nos dejaron llegar un poco antes y la comunicación fue muy buena.
El entorno justo de esa calle, el portal y el edificio están muy degradados y dan sensación de inseguridad, aunque no tuvimos personalmente ningún problema. Aparecieron el último día algunas cucarachas a pesar de que estaba limpio, suponemos que por el propio edificio.

The location was brilliant, the buildig itself is very special, I would like to know more about it. We had the feeling that is very local, the architecture style brings you back to the 70's. It feels immediately that the building and neighborhood has the story - what might be an unfamiliar feeling to many "average" tourists, but I can recommend it to all those people who appreciate something special.
There was nothing we did not like.

El exterior del apartamento, la entrada y entorno del edificio, todo muy sucio y mal cuidado había un ocupa a nuestro lado y cambiando puertas funcionaban las radiales trabajando los domingos
