The location was perfect and very convenient, especially with the grocery store nearby and easy access to everything we needed. Communication throughout our stay was excellent — the team was always responsive, friendly, and checking in to make sure we were comfortable. The apartment was comfortable overall and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay.

Nothing major to dislike. A few small additions in the kitchen and extra bedding options would make the stay even better, but overall we were happy and comfortable during our visit.

La ubicación, porque ya conocíamos la zona. El apartamento es amplio, cómodo y estaba limpio. En general se ve muy bien ya q aunque el edificio es un poco antiguo (pero bien conservado) el apartamento está recién reformado.

Lo q menos nos gustó fue el trato recibido por parte de las personas q hacen el check-in. Demasiada insistencia y unos modales, q en mi opinión , dejaban bastante q desear. No me pareció adecuado el trato recibido. Por otro lado, un punto negativo fue la escasez de ropa de cama. No había mantas ni edredones suficientes para todas las camas. Incluso creo q para el verano no hay ni sábanas para todas las camas. Pero especialmente en un fin de semana frío como el q nos tocó, la ropa de cama era realmente insuficiente. El menaje de cocina también es súper básico. Decidimos no solicitar nada, para evitar el trato con las personas q gestionan el apartamento.

Lack of natural light and outside space. The kitchen could have been better equipped. The water pressure was not good at the wash basin. Drains had a tendency to smell at times.
